End User Licence Agreement

Vocalyn grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules and your Apple Media Services Terms. Family Sharing is permitted where enabled.

• No copying, distributing, renting, leasing or sublicensing the App.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling except to the extent that law expressly permits it.
• No removing proprietary notices, or circumventing ad delivery or purchase checks.
• No use of the App to build a competing text-to-speech product.

The App is licensed, not sold. Vocalyn and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in the App, including all voices, models and software supplied with it.

The free version displays advertising served by the Yonder advertising network. Your licence to the free version is conditional on not interfering with that ad delivery. Premium subscribers receive an ad-free licence for the duration of their subscription.

The App includes third-party components, including the Yonder advertising SDK and speech components licensed to us. You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms. Such third parties are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA with respect to their components.

• This EULA is between you and Vocalyn only, not with Apple.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App; support requests go to support@vocalyn.app.
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Vocalyn, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance and consumer protection claims.
• Vocalyn, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim relating to the App.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

Except where prohibited by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Vocalyn's liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.

This licence terminates automatically if you breach its terms. On termination you must stop using and delete the App. Sections on ownership, disclaimers and liability survive.
